Social Planning and Social Policy

Course Description: 

The course on Social Planning and Social Policy offered by Africa Humanitarian Institute focuses on developing the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze, develop, and implement effective social policies and plans. It equips students with the tools to address social issues, advocate for change, and contribute to the development of inclusive and equitable societies.

Throughout this course, students will explore the principles and theories of social planning and policy development, including needs assessment, policy analysis, and program evaluation. They will learn about policy formulation and implementation processes, as well as the role of different stakeholders in shaping social policies.
